2. Liability Waiver
By purchasing or using the Landmine Launchpad, you agree to the following:

  • You acknowledge that physical exercise and the use of workout equipment, including the Landmine Launchpad, involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, serious injury or death.
  • You voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from your use of the product.
  • You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the seller (Landmine Launchpad, Swanson Training LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or any third parties as a result of the use or misuse of the product.
  • The seller is not liable for any improper use of the product or use that is inconsistent with the intended use,

3. Product Usage and Safety
The Landmine Launchpad is designed for personal and gym use. However, by using the product in a gym or any other facility, you agree that Landmine Launchpad, Swanson Training LLC, and the gym or facility are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of the product.


Always follow safety guidelines. Whether in a personal or gym setting, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure the equipment is used properly and in accordance with the items intended use.


The seller and the gym or facility where the product is used are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by improper use, installation, or modification of the product.


You agree that any injury or harm resulting from your use of the Landmine Launchpad in a gym setting is your sole responsibility and that neither the seller nor the gym can be held liable.

4. Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, subject to the return conditions outlined below.


Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging. You are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Any shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
